12 years of stopping crime in Queensland

For three years Crime Stoppers in Queensland had been unique in Australia, operating independently of the Police Service.

The arrangement ended in February when it was absored back into the QPS with the loss of dozens of fulltime and volunteer jobs.

This week Crime Stoppers Queensland CEO Trevor O’Hara stepped down after more than 12 years in the job telling Mark he leaves with great pride in what his team has acheived for the people of Queensland.
