Unless you have been a victim of domestic violence and abuse, you may not comprehend the damage to not only ones self esteem but physical violence leaves scars and for many those scars are for life.

Dr Sonia Sonia is survivor of family violence and is using her past experiences as the inspiration to start her own charity, ReStored, which will help others to smile again. She spoke to Kayley Harris about her experiences and her quest to help others.
