New campaign helping us all prevent youth suicides

It’s hoped a new social media campaign will help reduce the incidence of youth suicide.

Youth Insearch CEO Heath Ducker speaks with Alan Jones about the blue heart campaign.

He says it’s all about sparking an open conversation about suicide.

“It’s about connecting young people online.

“We have videos of young people speaking about their experience feeling down and feeling suicidal and how they overcame it.

“And we’ve got resources for young people, parents and teachers to show them how to help.”
