One Nation’s newest recruit is calling for an overhaul of human rights laws to protect young, white men.

New South Wales leader Mark Latham has unveiled his party’s policy to broaden and modernise the system, which he says discriminates against young, white men.

He tells Alan Jones discriminatory workplace quotas are doing exactly what they’re supposed to prevent.

“They don’t treat a young man on his merit, on his schoolwork, on his university qualifications, on how he interviews.

“He’s ruled out simply because he’s male and, in many cases, because he’s got the wrong skin colour.

“It’s a terrible time in Australia to be growing up as a young white man.”
