Locals crying out for more details ahead of next stage for Coomera Connector

Locals in Eagleby are raising concerns about the second stage of the major Coomera Connector project, dubbed as the second M1.
There are reports that more than 100 properties will be affected when it’s built between Loganholme and Stapylton.
The Courier Mail reports it could be closer to 400 properties in the event the road is widened or the route altered.
But locals have raised questions about the gazetted route for the second stage.
Eagleby resident Robert Livingstone told Neil Breen on Brisbane Live they want more details.
“It’s all fallen on deaf ears,” he said.
He said it will join up with the end of the Logan Motorway, and it will “cost billions and won’t solve anything”.
“Our home won’t be taken, but by all means we’ll certainly hear it.”
