The parents of Hannah Clarke have been named Queensland’s Australians of the Year.

Sue and Lloyd Clarke are being recognised for their efforts combating domestic violence after the murder of their daughter and three grandchildren.

They created the Small Steps 4 Hannah Foundation to focus on educating people about coercive control.
