Chris Smith has opened up for the first time about his depression, biggest fears and life at home.

He spoke to Gretel Killeen in an interview for her podcast Handsome and Gretel, which delves into the minds of men.

Chris says he revealed things he’d never normally say on-air.

“People like me, we like to put up certain walls around ourselves.”

The openline blew up after the interview aired, with listeners expressing how much they enjoyed hearing a different side of Chris.
