UPDATE: A man has been charged after a 30-year-old woman and 11-week-old baby girl were found deceased in a Rockhampton home. 

A 31-year-old man, who was known to the deceased, is in custody in Brisbane assisting police with the investigation.

Detective Superintendent Darrin Shadow made a statement earlier today, “I will say it was quite a confronting scene.”
