A brazen thief has managed to steal a Toowoomba woman’s car keys while she worked out at a gym, before stealing her car parked outside.

Joy Krienke runs a home daycare, and uses the Kia Carnival to transport kids.

After she’d finished working out at the Jetts gym in South Toowoomba yesterday, she noticed that her car keys were missing.

“Looked out the door, no car, and I thought, what?” she told Neil Breen.

The manager at the gym managed to track down CCTV footage of the alleged thief.
