40 years ago, Andy Bancroft rallied the whole community together to ensure City Council installed permanent cricket nets at the end of his street.

Sadly, Andy passed away in 2010, but it was his brother, Evan, who unveiled new nets and a plaque that read – ‘Little Boy, Big Idea’.
