Redland locals have been left concerned after several trees in their area appeared to be poisoned.

4BC News director Georgia Kondek says the council has been unable to determine who could be behind the vandalism.

4BC Drive host Gary Hardgrave has pointed out he’s seen koalas in that area recently.

“So stop beating around with the trees, I say,” he said.
