Leading Paediatric Nutritionist Mandy Sacher believes the government-backed Health Star Rating system is being ‘gamed’ by Australian food manufacturers.

To combat this misinformation Mandy is launching the Real Food Rating which is a new, independent front-of-pack labelling system that gives Australians the deal details.

Mandy Sacher told Dean Miller on 4BC Breakfast, ” There is no independent watchdog, there’s not a body of nutritionists watching over how these stars are assigned.”
