Morcombe family mark ‘20 years of keeping kids safe’ with new documentary

It’s been more than two decades since thirteen‑year‑old Daniel Morcombe was abducted and murdered in December of 2003.

To mark 20 years since Daniel’s disappearance, the foundation has released a new documentary, ‘Don’t Waste it’.

The film recounts the story of Daniel’s disappearance through the voices of Bruce and Denise Morcombe, and highlights the development of the foundation over the years.

Bruce Morcombe told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, “It’s more than a documentary, it does tell the story of Daniel and the family dynamics and the investigation, but it’s more than that, it’s a story of positivity.”
