The second offender involved in the home invasion that led to the death of Emma Lovell in 2022 has been sentenced to 18 months in jail for burglary and assault in-company.

Lyndy Atkinson from Voice for Victims was inside the courtroom and told Gary Hardgrave on 4BC Drive the verdict was, “absolutely devastating.”
