The Brisbane City Council has announced the introduction of a $1.98 fee for quarterly paper rates notices.

Council Opposition Leader and Councillor for the Deagon Ward, Jared Cassidy joined Bill McDonald and labelled the fee, “A bit ridiculous.”

Councillor for Coorparoo Fiona Cunningham joined Bill McDonald to defend the introduction of the fee.
