Cheeky camels go on a morning adventure through suburban Brisbane
Three camels that broke free from a nativity scene and started wandering suburban Brisbane streets this morning gave drivers quite a shock.
They wandered into traffic around 9am, much to the surprise of drivers on Albany Creek Road.
“The leader, he’s a camel by the name of Cyrus, Cyrus has managed to unlock the gate and he has just walked straight out of the gate and the other two … have followed him,” 9News reporter Peter Fegan said.
He said they were pretty cheeky camels!
The camels’ owners were very grateful to bystanders who pulled over to help.
