Neil Breen says would-be prime minister Anthony Albanese’s latest bungle shows he’s clearly “not on top of his brief”. 

The Opposition Leader yesterday was unable to outline his party’s six-point NDIS plan until a media minder passed the policy dossier.

“This is his own plan, this isn’t some plan someone else came up with, it’s not a gotcha question,” Breenie said.

“He says he’s got a plan, he was simply asked what the plan was.

“My point is this: if you want to lead Australia and you stand up there and say ‘I’ve got a plan’, you want to know the plan.”
