13yo boy raped by online predator in his front yard
A teenage boy has been sexually assaulted in his front yard, allegedly by a man he met through social media.
Investigators have been told the pair met online last Friday, where they exchanged images and personal details and made plans to meet in person.
The boy later deleted the Grindr app but the man showed up at his house.
The 13-year-old was in the front yard where the man allegedly shoved him to the ground and sexually assaulted him.
The attack stopped when the teenager’s mother came to his aid, and the man took off in a car.
The boy was taken to Sydney’s Westmead Children’s Hospital for treatment while police began investigating.
On Sunday, 40-year-old Moud Ul Hasan Nuri was arrested at his Kellyville Ridge home and charged with sexual intercourse without consent.
Nouri was granted strict conditional bail on Monday with Ray Hadley revealing a police prosecutor chose not to oppose the order.
He faced Penrith Local Court again on Thursday and had his bail continued until December.
