Young boy to get vital transplant after airport bungle

A young boy will be able to undergo his potentially life-saving treatment after an airport bungle put the procedure at risk.
Mateoh Eggleton’s critical bone marrow transplant was inexplicably last week left on a US tarmac.
There were fears the mistake would cause the cells to be no longer viable.
His mother, Shalyn Eggleton updated Sofie Formica on the six-year-old’s treatment progress.
“It’s not a position you’d ever think to be in.”
