There are warnings Friday could hold the worst weather conditions of the week before it clears at the weekend. 

Brisbane is forecast to receive another 40 to 80 millimetres of rain today.

“Another nasty, nasty day for parts of eastern Queensland,” weather guru Justin Noonan predicted for Neil Breen.
