A woman is fighting for life following a terrible farming accident in the Southern Downs region.

It’s understood she was riding a tractor with slasher on the back, when she was thrown from the machine.

It’s understood the woman has lost both her legs and an arm.

She was stabilised at the scene by paramedics, before being flown to hospital in Brisbane in a critical condition.
