Parts of Queensland remain on flood watch after some areas of the state received triple digit rainfall figures overnight.

Kingaroy recorded 116 millimetres in the 24 hours to 9am, while 157 millimetres were recorded west of Biloela.

Nine News reporter Jordan Fabris told Sofie Formica flooding in Dalby reached its peak at 2.5 metres this morning.
