There’s no end in sight for south-east Queensland’s record-high fuel prices.
The average price for unleaded in Brisbane is 190 cents per litre.

“Even when we reach the bottom of this cycle, because of those pressures with Russia and Ukraine, … instead of dipping lower, the average could fall to $1.70 a litre before surging up again.
