Why Queensland plans to ban helium balloon releases

Queensland will soon become the second state to ban the release of helium balloons.
The balloon ban will target the mass release of the decorations, with estimates that more than 70 per cent of rubbish found inside dead turtles from Moreton Bay is from burst balloons.
