Why Blues legend has left out star winger from State of Origin opener

Former NSW star and The Continuous Call Team’s Josh Morris has named his Blues State of Origin team for Game one at Suncorp Stadium but there was no room for one veteran due to fitness concerns.
“I left Brian To’o out which was very hard,” Morris said.
