Party leader Robbie Katter stopped by for a chat with Ray Hadley, as Katter’s Australian Party explores the implementation of rehabilitation camps as a sentencing option to address Queensland’s issues with youth crime.

Regarding the current approach in Queensland, Katter mentioned: “What they’re trying to do in Queensland at the moment, knock on the door politely of these hardened kids that are heavily disengaged. They say ‘Excuse me little Johhny, would you like to participate in our program so you can become a better citizen?’.

“He tells them to bugger off.”
