Rugby league legend Wally Lewis says it will be difficult for Queensland to bounce back after going down to the Blues last night.

The Maroons were stunned by a relentless New South Wales, losing 44-12 in front of a packed stadium in Perth.

However, Lewis said it’s not too late for the Maroons to turn it around.

“The one thing that we’re going to have as a massive benefit for Game III is the location,” he said on 4BC Drive.

“It’s huge … it has a role in inspiring the players to put in a performance.

“The support at Suncorp Stadium has always been wonderful.”
