US dispatching more troops to eastern Europe

America is sending 3000 troops into eastern Europe, to support NATO countries after talks between Washington and Russia failed to ease tensions.
2000 will be stationed in Germany and Poland, while another 1000 will be moved to Romania.
Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby says they will protect NATO allies and they will not be sent to fight in Ukraine.
“We do not know if Russia has made a final election to further invade Ukraine, but it clearly has that capability.”
