The sons of Australian singing legend John Farnham have revealed how their father’s mouth cancer was discovered. 

The 73-year-old is on the long road to recovery after undergoing a marathon operation in August to remove the cancerous growth.

Rob and James Farnham told A Current Affair their father initially thought he had an ulcer.
