North Sydney Bears Chairman Daniel Dickson says the NRL’s 18th franchise could potentially play a home game or two at North Sydney Oval or Allianz Stadium, but is adamant it must be successful across the country. 

“We’re very mindful this needs to be successful and it needs to be successful in WA,” Dickson said.
