‘They’ve broken a promise’: Outrage at plans for Bali bombing site

The former site of the Sari Club where 202 people were killed in 2002 is set to be turned into a five-storey complex.
The Bali Peace Park Association has spent years fundraising to have a memorial erected there.
Sandra Thompson lost her son in the bombings and tells Chris Smith “they’ve broken a promise”.
“They guaranteed us that no building would be built on that site.
