It just may not always be the prettiest fix.

Case in point: Mark’s neighbour has come up with a way to leave his wheelie bin out on the verge.

“I do love the Council’s neighbourhood hotline,” Mark said. “I ring it whenever I get a chance; if there’s something going on in my neighbourhood, I’ll let them know!

“There’s a slight obstruction on the footpath…!”

They might need a few more leaves next time.
