The measure half of adults would take to get a better sleep

Almost half of adults who live with a partner would consider sleeping in separate beds to get a better sleep, a new survey has revealed. 

The average cohabiting person gets less than four good nights of sleep a week, with partners being the most common cause for disrupted sleep.

The Big Smoke social commentator Alex Senter told Laurel, Gary & Mark more than a third of respondents said their biggest annoyance is when their partner steals the covers.
