Neil Breen has dug up the annual report of property developer Mirvac and isn’t holding back his criticism. 

Mirvac has terminated all leases at Toombul Shopping Centre, following a decision not to reopen the complex after February’s floods.

It’s left numerous business owners out of pocket as the property developer moves on with plans to redevelop the site.

“One thing about big, publicly-listed companies is they have to have annual statements,” Breenie said.
