Suncorp customers blocked from banking as app experiences ‘intermittent issues’
A number of Suncorp customers are reporting issues with the banking app this morning.
The bug is causing the app to not acknowledge existing bank accounts, with the home page instead claiming there’s “no accounts yet”.
Suncorp says the app is currently experiencing “intermittent issues with banking functionality”.
Internet banking is still available to customers encountering issues.
Suncorp has apologised for any inconvenience the outage may cause.
