South Korea warns death toll will rise in Halloween stampede
South Korean authorities say the death toll from a crowd crush in Seoul will rise.
More than 150 people died when thousands crammed into a narrow alleyway during Halloween celebrations.
Witnesses describe it as a slow and agonising crush with no police in sight, while questions are being raised about the safety precautions organisers had in place.
A 23-year-old Australian woman is among those who have died.
A national day of mourning has been declared.
