It’s a quote Sofie Formica says rings true when she looks back at her time working on the Murder, She Wrote set alongside the great Dame Angela Lansbury.

Sofie was working in Los Angeles in her mid-20s when she picked up a gig starring in the Season 12 episode, ‘Southern Double-Cross’ as Linda Molen.

“I can tell you what [Lansbury] made me feel was really welcome,” Sofie said on Afternoons.

“She was incredibly kind and very warm and she made me feel like she actually cared about my answers when we had a conversation.

“I was obviously a nobody to her, she was at the height of her career, … and there was a genuineness about her.”
