Sofie Formica hits back at the ‘theybie’ trend, where children are raised from birth without a gender designation.

On 4BC Afternoons, Sofie Formica addressed the ‘theybie’ trend saying she’s “at a loss with this one… the pendulum is just swinging too far in one direction”.

“The idea that they [children] are genderless from birth so that they live a fluid existence, to then decide later if they want to be a boy or a girl… I’m not sure how it is beneficial to the child”, Sofie commented.
