Seat of Blair newcomer details vision to progress the region

Gary Hardgrave

A candidate running for the seat of Blair says he was drawn to politics out of desire to see the area progress.

LNP newcomer Sam Biggins, who previously worked two decades in commercial property, wants to see infrastructure improve in the electorate.

“We need, badly, some major road upgrades, particularly around the Mt Crosby interchange, the Amberley-Yamanto interchange, and also a second bridge crossing in the Ipswich CBD,” he told Neil Breen.

“But also, it’s about the economic security of the region. I want to make sure there’s pathways into jobs.”
