Scott Morrison: ‘I never stop believing’ in chance of ‘miracle’ re-election
The Prime Minister hasn’t lost hope a ‘miracle’ re-election could happen at the weekend when the polls close.
The Coalition has been trailing in recent polls, which indicate Labor is on track to end its opponent’s nine-year hold of power.
Neil Breen: “Best of luck on Saturday. Now, miracles don’t come along often and you know that…
“I don’t know if you can pull off another one. Do you?”
Scott Morrison: “I never stop believing mate, because I never stop believing in my fellow Australians.
“That’s the bottom line: I believe in them.
“Next Saturday, I’m asking them effectively to vote for Australians because what we’re doing is empowering them to achieve their goals.”
