A secondhand bookseller and trader has revealed the way she cleans her most weathered stock.

Kat Mulheran is the owner of the West End institution Bent Books.

She told Sofie Formica people who are willing to part with their books can sell or trade for new additions to their selection.

Of course, customers’ books can often come in looking a little shabby so Ms Mulheran has a nifty trick to clean them up.
