RBA tipped to lift rates again tomorrow

The Reserve Bank is widely tipped to raise interest rates again tomorrow when the board meets, the seventh consecutive month.
There are varying predictions about how high the central bank will lift rates.
Rates have risen 2.5 per cent since May.
“It’s a question probably of how much, whether the RBA sticks with the most recent decision which was a quarter of a point,” Motley Fool finance reporter Scott Phillips said.
“Some are saying, including Westpac and others, forecasting they might go back up to 0.5 per cent.”
He said inflation was sitting it 7.3 per cent, a figure he described as “astonishing”.
“I daresay they will probably go a quarter.”
