Ray Hadley is absent from the airwaves this week after an important surgery.

He caught up with Mark Levy as he recovers from a surgery removing a lesion from his leg.

“I’ve ended up with 60 stitches in the back of my leg!” he told his listeners.

“I’m okay … but that’s what you can end up with.”

The Mornings host is encouraging listeners to get their skin checked.

Ray will return to the air next week.
