The Premier has deflected concerns a report on Queensland’s coronavirus leaks is yet to be made public.

Infectious diseases physician Dr Paul Griffin was commissioned by the state government to investigate hospital and quarantine leaks.

The report has been delivered to the government, but is yet to be made public.

Nine News reporter Tim Arvier yesterday asked Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk why the findings were yet to be revealed.

“Is everyone having a look at what’s happening in New South Wales at the moment?” she responded.

“How many outbreaks they have had, hospitals going into emergency with delta?

“I don’t see all the reports on those hospitals at the moment.”

Neil Breen pointed out the outbreak in New South Wales isn’t relevant to Dr Griffin’s findings.

“It’s absolute rubbish.

“We were put in lockdown because of these leaks.”
