Police investigation after roadworker killed in suspected hit and run incident

Police are investigating after a roadworker was killed in a suspected hit and run in Mackay.
The man was struck on the Bruce Highway around 4 this morning, paramedics were unable to save him.
Police believe a stolen car may have been involved.
