Each year, Aussie school leavers are presented with the decision to choose what to do with their future, go to university or join a trade.

Founder of Jim’s Group, Jim Penman told Bill McDonald on 4BC Mornings, “People think that white-collar jobs are always happier, but actually it’s the opposite of the case.”

“There’s nothing more satisfying than actually doing something physical.”

He continued to say that jobs in a trade are always in demand.
