Why the multi-billion dollar 2032 Olympic projects could be exempt from radical new construction rules

Following the CFMEU commission of inquiry, a new proposed Queensland construction code aims to completely replace the controversial Best Practice Industry Conditions (BPICT) that have long plagued the sector.
