What happens if your employer sees your viral video?

Recent developments with Port Adelaide Football Club’s Jack Watts from his Octoberfest visit have created an interesting chat around the water cooler.

Should Jack feel aggrieved that someone took vision of his powder-snorting and shared it on social media or should he take ownership for his actions and face the consequences that will most certainly be administered by his employer?

Does it matter that he was on leave or is it a question of character? 

Luke discusses this dilemma with employment specialist Andrew Sanders who says anecdotal evidence suggests that more employers are valuing attitude over aptitude during the recruitment process.
