Anthony Albanese has lifted Australia’s ban on imported American meat products.

Nationals Leader David Littleproud told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, “We need to be very, very careful with this, and I get the trade’s important, but science is more important, and I think it’s important that we have confidence in it.”

“I’m not passing dispersions, I want to be very cautious about why the government’s got to this position,” The Nationals Leader continued.
