On the 17th December 1967, Australian Prime Minister Harold Holt disappeared after taking a swim at Cheviot Beach. On the 18th December 1894, the colony of South Australia gave women the right to vote and stand for parliament. The Two Murrays caught up with Professor Frank Bongiorno, head of History at ANU, to reflect on two significant moments in Australian political history.
